HEINTZMAN PLACE CONDOS
Located in the historic Junction area of Toronto, Heintzman Place is a very popular condominium complex. Comprised of two buildings, 60 and 61 Heintzman, the complex sits magestically beside the Junction rail overpass at Keele and Dundas Street West.
There are a variety of unit designs and sizes in Heintzman Place, from studio and one bedrooms to larger two plus den suites. Most of the south, east, and west facting units have balconies, and the majority also come with parking and a locker. North facing units don't have balconies, but are usually more economically priced as a result. Check the listing links below to see what is currently for sale at Heintzman.
Given the size of the complex, there are often units avaialble for sale. If you're interested in buying a condo at Heintzman Place, I can be of assistance. I have helped numerous clients both buy and sell in the complex, and I also lived in the building at one time.
